I too have tingling on my top left head. However, I do suffer from anxiety attacks and it may be the cause of it. I have gone to the doctor and took cat scan and they found nothing. They suggested that I have a tension headache or cluster headaches which last for a while. They game me some pain killers for them. But I think it has to do with my anxiety.
Hang in there, I think it's nothing more than stress or anxious moments in our lives that's why our heads tingle.
