Thank you for the other info also, Depression runs in my family form both sides. So does alcoholism and anxiety disorders. I doubt that imbibing in booze is the cause of CH's, but there must be some loose connection including a higher incidence of alcoholism among CHers. All involve endorphine levels. Being a primitive portion of the brain, it is highly evolved as you know. I drank for the effect, but as I look back anxiety and depression were possible factors.
