fly commercially about 4 days a week up until the
last 5 years. Now I am the boss so my perspective may

just cant work because of 7-8+ are far and few between

are prone to daytime ch's I suggest that you point
your human resource person, the president, or the most
senior manager you can talk to; to this website, if
that doesnt convince them you can refer them directly
to my email. Maybe the "suits" need to hear directly
from another "suit" that understands the situation
Just keep doing your job when u r able and when u r not
let management know. If all else fails I would
contact a personal injury or labor law attorney, or
someone equally qualified to mediate a solution.
Most employers have had personal difficulty in
their own lives and I believe care about those with whom
they work.
