Hi Marina,
For Mike (my hubby), Horner's Syndrome is the droopy eyelid and the pupil in that eye actually dilates and the other one stays normal. It's always a warning sign for us that a cycle is approaching or, if he's in a cycle, that an attack is next. Sometimes it can become permanent even after a cycle has ended.
We asked a doctor here once why that pupil was dilated and the other was not. I guess her response was typical, "We've stumped the band, Johnny!" Sent him for all kinds of tests but of course found nothing. It wasn't until we started researching our site here that we figured it out. Don't forget too, Marina, that you can always type in the search box above on this page to look up terms that have been used in other posts. Sometimes it can be a great tool.
Hope you find relief soon.
