I'm new to clusterheadache.com (just found you yesterday) and think this site is awesome! I have had CH's for over 10 years now and like most of you I have tried just about everything out there to try and eliminate this pesky little problem. About two/three years ago, I happened upon a neurologist who actually knew something about CH. He prescribed Zoloft as a preventative med and Imitrex injections to eliminate them when they occur. Both worked wonderfully for me.
Unfortunately, my cycle started again this last Saturday. But it has been nearly two years since my last cycle, more than twice as long as my usual reprieves.
While looking over this site, I didn't notice a single reference to Zoloft. I by no means am a doctor, but I just thought this might be of use to some of you as something new to try.
