Brad,
Welcome to the site. I take Zoloft, and have taken 2 other SSRI's, Prozac and Paxil. All three of them cause libido to drop to just about zero. Also, withdrawls can be tough if you decide to quit.
However, my current regimin is 100mg Zoloft and 300mg of Neurontin on waking, and another 300mg of Neurontin at about 1:30 p.m. This does a good job for me in preventing the demon from striking in the daytime, and reduces the nighttime clusters a great deal. I inject DHE-45 to deal with the ones I get, and Stadol if I am over my DHE-45 limit. I'm pretty happy with this mixture, but miss the sex drive.
Oddly enough I find that if I take the Neurontin later (a third dose in the evening was originally prescribed), it seems to trigger a headache.
