Jackie, Yes, we know how bad it is. That's the biggest reason this site was created. It is hard, very very hard to get the devil out of your head but please, please, hang in there. Try to find a good neuro to help you. There has to be something, anything, out there to get you through. If it helps to get on here and scream, please do it. We're here to listen.
