HI Jackie M! As you can see we can all understand your feeling and we all care that you stay with us! You would be missed!!! We need people like you to help us when we feel too that we can't go on.
Have you talked to your family about how you are feeling? Ask them if THEY would rather not have you around.
Also check with your doctor about how you feel and see if an antidepressant might help you. My doctor always wants to see me during a cluster just to see how I'm doing and sometimes she has added an antidepressant.
You have taken care of yourself all these years so please talk to a doctor about how you feel, they should be understanding of your feelings.
Please keep us posted on how you are doing! And let us help you however we can.
Where do you live? Maybe one of us lives close to you and could come over to talk with you. If you don't want to put on where you live you could private e-mail me and see if you are close to me and I would be very glad to come over or just talk by mail! I'm not a doctor and I don't always have words of wisdom, if any, but I'm a good listener.
