Painkillers however, if I am correct, do not work that way. They treat the symptom not the problem. That is why they can be dangerous. You're adding a chemical that wasn't there and your liver can be damaged. Painkillers are not intended to cure cluster or "correct the imbalance"s. They just kill pain.
As far as I know nothing has been discovered which "corrects" any alleged chemical imbalance implicated in clusters.
