When I wake up will a full blown 10 - 12, I am violently ill - vomiting is always part of that scene. I have always said that the vomiting is a result of the severe pain, not upset stomach. I don't think I have a very high threshold to pain (however anyone that suffers from CH must have a very large one). Nausea is now with me unless it gets to 8 - 10 I guess.
