After about 2 hrs. of a 10 and 2 or 3 tabs of cafergot, I always get sick. The only good part is that after heaving my guts the HA usually goes away in a couple of minutes (another thing that led me to try the exercise route, figured if the physical exertion of barfing stops the HA why not some other form of physical exertion).
