I've suffered on and off for over 20 years with clusters and tried the usual string of meds. However, the only therapy that has helped me is Oxygen. It doesn't prevent the headaches but 10 minutes of O2 takes the pain away. What I'd like to know is if any sufferers out there have any experience with "Amerge" which was prescribed for me? I've been taking it for about about 2 mos. to prevent the clusters, but I can't say for sure if it is doing anything? I do know it is as expensive as hell, $18 per pill. Any history on "Amerge" would be appreciated.
