Hi Ron, Although antidepressants are used to treat some Cluster headache sufferrers, most find this trycyclic to be limited in its effect.

Your Neuro may not be up to date on the treatment of Cluster headaches. I take 360mgs of verapamil SR in dividoses. Works like magic for me.
