I am currently taking 720 mg of verapamil each day. I think this is a high dose, but it is keeping the CHs away and the labs show my liver and kidneys to be ok. However, I am so tired. Even if I get 7 hours of sleep (a lot for me), I am still dragging. Any suggestions out there? I have a two-year-old, we are expecting again on Sept. 8, and I am known for being real go-go-go at work. The lethargy really interferes with my life. However, I realize the CHs do much more damage. Thanks.
