Hi Scott. 720 mgs is VERY high dosage. Don't want to scare you; I know that this drug is still fairly well handled ecxept the major side effects such as Lethargy, dry mouth, and constipation, a little dizziness if I get up from a prone position to quick. Oh, I take 360mgs of Verapamil a day and I do notice some fatigue
My Neurologist perscribed a antidepressant called Effexor. It is SSRI (seretonin reuptake) and has a energizing effect. Many CH folks take antidepressants, Mainly from depression from CHs. But mine is of biochemical malfunction. It runs in the family big time, including alcoholism; I am a X drinker. But I would reccommend presenting the situation to your Doc. My neuro mentioned that my fatigue will lessen as the Effexor kicks in. At 360 mgs verapamil, my neuro said it should not produce a bad interaction
Good Luck and a pain free day to ya!
