I have had chronic CH for the past 10months. I do know that the great majority of CH sufferers experience the beast with any alcohol intake. I am not convinced that I consistently trigger w/alcohol. Has anyone else had this experience and how long does it take to trigger typically. I have read things that say 4-24 hours??? Thanks as always. THis is an incredible site.
