There is a 5 & 20 mg nasal spray - the 20 mg is dynamite. I'm assuming that you have the auto-injector for the shots..my thigh is all bruised right now from the injections, but its takes the pain away, so giving myself the shot is easy. Try to get used to it, as it really helps.
How long do your cycles last, and how old are you. Mine were at their zenith in my mid-thirties, and now at 44 I am getting longer gaps between cycles. As I said before, 22 months this time - it used to
