Hi Simon,
I've been an O2 sucker for about 15 years and it hasbeen my mainstay. I do 10 l/m for 15 to 20 minutes and if the @#$% isn't gone, it's time to dance. I'm experimenting with chilled O2; the other night I crammed the excess tubing from my setup into the freezer. Seemed to help, abortet the first in under 5 minutes. That was a first, it has always taken at least 10 and usually 15 to 20 minutes to abort. I always wait 'till all of the pain is gone OR 20 minutes have gone by. For me, if it hasn't worked by then, it's not going to. The recommended O2 for CH is 8 to 10 l/m with a non-rebreathing full face mask. Good luck.

Support OUCH, zeroes for all.
Kip
