I've been using oxygen for 8 years. I have a DEY type cylinder next to the bed, and type E for hauling around. I use a face mask, 10l per minute for at least 10 minutes. I was told to breathte thru the nose and exhale thru the mouth, but during a Kip 8,9 or 10 I jsut breathe hard and fast thru any hole I can. It's best to catchh it right in the beginning.
