Hi Tanya....I was on prednisone, and hated it. The whole 8 weeks I was on it, I had no pain, but this uncomfortable, simmering, bubbling feeling under the scalp. When I finally scaled down, the volcano errupted, so I felt like shit for twice as long. In my opinion, it merely delayed and supressed the whole bout. Theere have been several other posts saying similar things. For me, oxygen had no effect, at any amount, or flow. Maybe that will be different for you. The more I mix my meds, the worse off I seem to be. Good luck...
