I found a cure (praise God) at least for me. I had Cluster Headaches for nearly 9 years and now am on the longest stint (8 months) totally headache free. No more virapamil, or Cafergot, or oxygen.
Vitamin C and E that's it, if you can believe it.
I had a case of flu this last winter and during my stay at home I was taking extra doses of Vitamin C, Orange Juice, and Theraflu. After about 2 days I noticed that I had not had a headache, prior to that I was having about 2-3 attacks a day. After the flu was over the headaches returned. I and my wife looked at the events and determined that it had to have been the Vitamin C,sooooo! I started taking 1000mg doses of Vitamin C with Rose Hips and Acerola twice daily. 5 days later not a headache since. I have since supplemented the Vitamin C with 400iu of Vitamin E as well.
I don't know if this regimen will work for anyone else. But I can tell you after the years of Clusters I was willing to try about anything..
