Glad it worked for you. Didn't help me. I was taking big doses of C an E and still went into my cycle. I was taking all kinds of vitamins and totally stopped a couple of weeks after my cycle started, because I thought all that stuff in my system was making me sicker. I got over my cycle after two months and never went back on C and E. Still no CH. But that's me. We're all different.
