Hello again all. I am in the middle of experiencing my first cluster in about 5 years. I had forgotten the whole experience until about 2 weeks ago. The past 2 days I have been in so much pain that I have upchucked my lunch and dinner. Yesterday I got it at 5pm, layed down, still had it at 7pm, layed down and STILL had it at 10 pm when I finally went to bed for good. I have NEVER had them last more than an hour. I have not been do the doctor about the CH since about 10 years ago. I was just wondering what you would suggest about how to go about going to the doctor? Do I see my family doc first or go straight to a neurologist or what? Any help at all would be appreciated. I really need to get some medication if available because I go back to teaching soon and there is NO way that I will be able to teach if I have a headache.
