Ins. Co's declaring CH sufferers expendable

It seems as though insurance companies are discovering that CH patients use a lot of expensive imitrex, and they don't like it. They are declaring that it is bad for our health, and so limiting how much they will pay for IN SPITE OF doctor's orders. (See my post down the page). Is it really DANGEROUS to take more than 6 injections per month? This has nothing to do with anything but money. We are relatively few in number, but insurance companies HATE vocal people, and will buckle if you fight, yell, write letter upon letter, and don't give up. A letter to your state insurance commissioner telling them the game the ins. co. is trying to play wouldn't hurt either. As Judi says, STOCK UP. From now on, I will buy the stuff year around, in or out of cycle. My goal is 100 kits in my medicine chest at all times.
