I read that many CH sufferers talk about shadows. I suppose this is the faint pain occasioned with CH's before, between, or after an attack. I have also read where many sufferers say their CH's come on suddenly. Actually I have an aura of about 3-10 minutes prior to most all of my attacks. I have in the past had this aura without the attack (I suppose this could be a shadow?) and the aura also gives me the time to take my abortive medication, if I have it handy, since I forget to take it everywhere with me. How bout you? Do any of you have an aura before an attack?
