Hi, My neurosurgeon but me on this drug pre-op to brain surgery for reemoval of brain tumor, but we still don'nt know which came first CH or tumor, both had the same pain symptoms, tumor is long gone, Ch continues. It was a great drug, stopping my pain pre-op, I also needed not pain meds post-op while on the dexamethasone, problems began when I was taken off (pain)
