I use Imitrix Nasal spray and it works great for me. Even at night (takes a little longer as I don't catch it as fast as the daytime CH) that an an ice pack allows me to go back to sleep. I get 3-4 a day and can only take 2 Imitrix a day. God, what do you do for the other two. I have to be very selective about which CH I am going to treat and which one I am going to suffer through! Makes overdosing very easy.
