I took Imitrix for approximately two years for migraine headache. Mar. 9, 1999 I took one 50 mg. as a headache was beginning to pound. It induced an acute MI which for the past 16 months has left me with a tremor and pain in my chest. Twenty doctors and $30,000 later a neurologist has recognized the cause of my acute MI and is now trying to find a solution to my problem. The neurologist stated that a patient with any kind of heart disease no matter how minor (mine was mitral valve prolapse should never be prescribed Imitrix.
