At Jims suggestion tried anti-fungal diet and supplements while dropping prednisone and varapimil. Saw immediate positive response. Next night ha free. After a week took results and postings to my GP and he gave me a week sample of Lamisil. Insurance company balked at further prescription. Have been headche free for full two months. First March and April w/o headache in over twenty years.
Currently take daily caprylic acid, garlic, grapefruit extract and vitamins.
Diet maintenace consists of watching out for sugars and lack of fiber. It's working.
