My wife started taking a Snooze pill that we got from the Vitamin Shoppe, and it has melatonin in it, and it has helped her sleep. We aren't sure if it's the melatonin, or just the fact that she does seem to be getting a little better, but whatever reason, we are glad she gets 6-8 hours of sleep!
