I'm new to the board although not CH. I've had headaches
since 1978 and only missed a couple of years. One
question that I've always had is whether other people
notice that strong smells will trigger a headache. If I
am in the middle of a cycle strong smells of almost any kind,
perfumes, foods, gasoline, etc all seem to trigger a
headache if I am not careful.
Anyone else experience this?
