I, too, know how the search engines work. Whatever you type in will be looked for "separately".....thus, clusters AND migraines AND syndromes. I have even been searching and searching through other various search engines (webcrawler, metacrawler, dogpile, infoseek, etc.) and finally came up with something that actually used the term "cluster migraine". Basically, they were describing a cluster. The address is:

I am agreeing with Drummer that this term is being applied by doctors without a clue as to the difference of the two. And then the patient is using the term---not only making it confusing for us as to what they have, but in the end confusing the poor guy that suffers. S/he eventually becomes educated in the difference and wonders what the hell s/he has. The only place I am coming up with the term, as I stated in my original post, are posts by people claiming they have the affliction "cluster migraines".
