Do our bodies have biologic calanders?

Since the overwheming incidence of clusters peaks at age 21-30 according to lit provided on this site, it would seem that not only do our bodies have biogical clocks for 24 hr. periods, 1 yr. periods as per circadin rhythms but our bodies seem to be able to count these years. Why clusters peak @ 21-30 I have no idea but could be hormonal change after puberty triggers neural calander to possibly start counting incorrectly. So, one benefit of clusters could be we don't feel as old as we are.
