Imitrix/Chest Pains

I was just wondering if anyone gets a tightening of the chest or chest pains when they take an imitrix shot. My friend, who is a 56 yr. old male has experienced this the last two times he had to take an injection for his CH. Do you think this could be affecting his heart/
