Is one a week normal? I dont know about that but I do know that my 5-7 bottles a week is NOT! It was the only thing that helped me even a little and I can no longer take pills(stomache is permanently messed up after these months and months of meds.)

I dont even feel that I am on it anymore but my body NEEDS it. Its sad that what we use to help us also hurts us in so many ways.
Im going on vacation in a few weeks WITHOUT my magic bottle,one battle ends.....another begins!
