You should find much support and help by coming here. I think that you can also learn from the many sufferers who visit here, in terms of what is helpful to them, what may not be, etc. And it's important to realize that "helplessness" -for a lot of us--sufferrers and supporters alike-
is the really hard one to accept. We feel so bad that during an attack, we can't DO anything.
