I have been at a migraine board, where there was lots of fighting, lots of mind games being played and it ruined the whole support system for the few there that were tying to keep it beneficial. I can say this, after reading through the posts here, I can tell that people are educated with their health, they are supportive, and intelligent. Doctors were coming over to that migraine board and some even made some very derogatory comments that I felt hurt people in their attempt at educating others around them and the health community.
