Left Bundle Branch Block. It showed up about 5 years ago during a routine physical EKG. Because it sometimes indicates cardiovascular disease or a silent heart attack, they shot me full of atomic junk and ran me on the treadmill and took pictures of my heart. Verdict was that the blood flow looked normal. In my doc's words, "You've got it, we don't know why, don't worry about it".
