You know I was sitting drinking hot chocolate while reading your post and was so convicted of the truth in their methodology at the clinic. We do not need 90% of the crap that we put in our bodies. Am I ready to change the way I eat and drink and take care of myself? YOU BETCHA! till the next time I get hungry for pizza or soda pop or something with some nice preservatives in it.
Will an radically improved lifestyle cure clusters? Possibly. Do I have the fortitude to make those changes probably not. But I am going to give it considerable windshield time on the way home tonight. WOW that would mean turning the radio off and not sticking a cell phone to the side of my head and actually thinking sober thoughts! What a concept! Thanks buddy for your post and willingness to go the extra mile.
