The verap will take a few days to kick in, if it is gonna work. 180mg is a pretty low dose but a good place to start. Did the doc say anything about ramping up the dosage? If not, and 180 isn't helping in two ro three days, ask him/her to go higher. From what I've seen on the board 360-480mg is the usual effective dosage.
Glad your committed to hanging on. It all gets so old sometimes. But we really don't have much choice other than to fight 'em one at a time.
