Scott,
Unfortunately I know how your wife may feel. Yes, some people have accidently overdosed by not remembering if they took thier meds or not. Two bottles of morphine? that doesn't sound like an accident. I have attempted suicide before and fialed, and lately ahve been contemplating it. This is a cruel disease, in which the sufferer goes through such extreme pain, it can only be referred to as hardcore torture - and the cruel part: most people don't understand and belittle the person for "whining" about a headache. This is NOT a headache, it is an extreme head pain, much like having a pole rammed through your head.

I don't really know what else to say except you need to stand by her through this. You may be the only one who can keep her alive. If you truly love your wife, you will do your utmost to be strong for her and supportive of her. Alot of people do not have that kind of support, I should know. This is a cruel, debilitating disease that claims alot of lives. I don't believe the statistics I've heard from some in the medical field, But I've been told that Clusters have a suicide rate of 8 out of ten, I think it's probably closer to 6 out of ten.
