I'm taking verapimil, and have imitrex nasal spray,as well as the O2 which has been working fairly well. I too had a 3 hour one last night that was just plain terrifying. I tried every trick I've seen here, and nothing would help. I ended up using 1/4 of a 2000 lb. o2 tank just on that one. Words cannot describe how bad it was, but hopefully, that won't happen too often. They usually last 30 minutes or so with the O2. Good luck to all
