I didn't see any mention of imitrex. i am in the worst episode (longest and most frequent and severe) of my 20+ years of these things. Imitrex injections have kept me functional (although marginal at times) throught the course of it. I got up to a max of 6 shots in 24 hours during the 5 days of crescendo, and am back to 1 to 2 a day. For me, so far, imitrex injection works within 10 minutes every time (so far). No serious side effects that i can identify. Sometimes i think that we are all looking so hard for associations (cures) that we spend a good deal of time chasing geese.
