I get C at a lower pain level. When I am in episode for about the first week or two I will have a constant shadow of 1 or 2 level with attacks(usually the ones that wake me after I have slept 1 hour) If I am out of med my CH may last over 2 hours! I have had 10's for over two hours back in the days when I couldn't afford meds and never really had a good supportive dr.
