I keep reading descriptions of others symptoms and headaches which, because they are nowhere close to mine, I have trouble believing are CH. So please tell me these are common among other sufferers so I can shift my paradigm.

1.) Now, Angela's post brought this to mind but she's in no way the only one that has said it and I'm not picking on or questioning her. 2 or 3 clusterheadaches a month? Is this common for chronics? I'm episodic and do the 2 or 3 a day thing so I have toruble comprehending this. How many headaches do you chronics get a week, normally.

2.) A ch that stays at something less than a 10. I know I brought this up in regards to the Kip scale. Every headache I get will go from 0 to 10 in a matter of minutes. It also goes from 10 to 0 in a matter of minutes. How I rank each headache depends on how long it lasts not what pain level it reaches. Now since the K scale is based on pain level and has been well received, more of you must get headaches that stay at something less than full blown. Question is how many.

In summation: I'm asking what the headache frequency is for chronics and secondly, how many people get partial pain level headaches vs. every one the same pain level.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for helping my step out of my box or crawl out of my cave.
