I had all those side effects, plus irritability (bordering on constant "road rage") and that horrible metallic taste in everything you eat or drink. Plus, for me there was a thin line between the therapeutic level and the toxic level. One visit to toxic level was more than enough.
I used to think that I had to take BOTH Lithium and verapamil to block the headaches. This cycle have found that Verapamil alone (at 540mg per day)is enough. Sure glad I don't have to take the Lithium any more.
