Boy, are you lucky. The side affects I get from Lithium are weight gain, spasmodic twitching, and depression. I am chronic and therfore have no down time and that very well could be the reason I am lucky enough for the full impact of side affects to take place. I have recently asked my doc to consider Ritalin instead of Lithium and have not yet heard back. Am waiting impatiently.
