Hi Amanda:

I went for eight years between my first and second cycle and then four years between the second and third.

I have learned to enjoy life to the fullest every day that I am not in cycle. When the next cycle does happen, I'll have good memories to sustain me and I know that the cycle will eventually end.

Keep your chin up and take one day at a time.
