Amanda, I'm glad you posted that. I've been afraid to raise this issue, for fear of offending anyone, but we episodics live with CH every day also. No, we don't have them everyday like the chronics (and my heart goes out to each of you chronics). For that we must be grateful. But we do live with a nagging fear in the back of our thoughts every day. How was this cycle different? Does that mean it's changing? Will I go chronic? Will this remission be shorter?
I've had some sort of shadow every day since my cycle ended. Some scary, most not a big deal. I handle them in two ways...first, I tell myself not to worry and to enjoy life. Second, when they get bad, I eat ibuprofen. 3-4 200mg OTC's at a time.
Re-read what margi Elaine and the others posted. It all goes for me too. If you don't have my number, email or icq me and I'll make sure you have them all.
You beat the demon. Now, conquer you fears and live your life to the fullest!
KTSSU,
T
