I've tried both ways...with hormones and not taking hormones. The CH's didn't seem to know the difference. It's like my caffine-free-diet-pepsi. I decided one time Aspertane was the culprit and went off it cold turkey. After about a year I drank some pepsi...no CH. Over the years I've found I have CH's in cycles, pepsi or not, hormones or not. I've been following Bob P's research on Serotonin. I think there is the real culprit. Through some of the information I've learned that Serotonin is the basis of some other situations in my life, such as IBS and at times trouble getting my esophogus to work right. The hope in this is the research now taking place and the possible development of new meds. Margaret G
PS..my sis keeps telling me I'll outgrow this, on my 61st birthday I asked her "How damn OLD am I gonna hafta BE???" LOL. Margaret G
